RECOMMENDATIONS
Staff recommends that Council discuss, revise if necessary, and approve the proposed 2015 City Council Meeting Calendar.
BACKGROUND
The City Council Meeting Calendar is designed to aid in the scheduling of meetings and topics of importance to the City Council over the coming year. The attached draft calendar includes the City Council's regular meetings, work sessions, special meetings and town hall meetings. Time-sensitive and annually-recurring items have been tentatively scheduled on the draft calendar.
It is suggested that the Council review the draft calendar, propose any desired changes, and approve the 2015 City Council Meeting Calendar by motion.
Changes to the calendar can be made throughout the year, as the need arises.
PREVIOUS ACTIONS
· On December 16, 2013, the City Council approved the 2014 City Council Meeting Calendar.
