RESOLUTION Allocating Funds for the Thrasher Park Play Structure Replacement Project, Project No. 2006.0070; Allocating Funds for the Siempre Verde Park Rehabilitation Project, Project No. 2015.0270; and Approving a Consulting Services Agreement with Harris Design
(provides for the allocation of $65,000 of Park Development Fees for the Thrasher Park Play Structure Replacement Project; the allocation of $1,538,000 of Park Development Fees and $1,145,594 of General Fund Economic Uncertainty Reserve for the Siempre Verde Park Rehabilitation Project; and approval of a consultant services agreement with Harris Design)

WHEREAS, a budget for the Thrasher Park Play Structure Replacement Project has been presented; and
WHEREAS, a budget for the Siempre Verde Park Rehabilitation Project has been presented; and
WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Harris Design, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of the budget allocations, as described in the staff report, and attached consulting services agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That $65,000 of park development funds are appropriated for the Thrasher Park Play Structure Replacement Project; and
That $1,538,000 of park development funds are appropriated for the Siempre Verde Park Rehabilitation Project; and
That $1,145,594 of General Fund Economic Uncertainty Reserve is appropriated for the Siempre Verde Park Rehabilitation Project; and
That said consulting services agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
