RESOLUTION Appropriating $40,000 to the Senior Services Budget from the 2014-15 General Fund Economic Uncertainty Reserve for Older Adult Education at the San Leandro Senior Community Center in Partnership with the San Leandro Adult School  

Body

WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes the importance of lifelong learning opportunities for all ages; and

WHEREAS, the City Council supports the efforts of the San Leandro Adult School in continuing Older Adult Education classes at the San Leandro Senior Community Center.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

That the City Manager is authorized to increase the Senior Services account 010-61-006 by $40,000 to be funded by the 2014-15 General Fund Economic Uncertainty Reserve.
