Body

WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro did, on September 2, 2014 Award a construction contract to Southland Construction for the San Leandro Ball Park Locker/Restroom Refurbishment project; and

WHEREAS, the cost to complete change order work will exceed the project's Change Order cap; and

WHEREAS, the project budget is sufficient to accommodate the increased Change Order cost.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

The project Change Order Cap is increased to 40% for the San Leandro Ball Park Locker/Restroom Refurbishment Project, Project No. 2003.0331.
