WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that said funds be used to fund the WPCP Rehabilitation Project.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

That an appropriation of funds be made in the amount of $453,000 from the Water Pollution Control Plant Enterprise Fund Unrestricted Fund Balance to the Water Pollution Control Plant Rehabilitation Project, Project No. 08-593-52-239.
