RESOLUTION  Approving Amendments to the City of San Leandro Budget for the Marina Boulevard Streetscape Project and the Police Building and South Office Modification Project

Body

WHEREAS, the City Council approved the 2015-16 and 2016-17 biennial budget on June 1, 2015; and

WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of funding transfers between fiscal years for the Marina Boulevard Streetscape Project and the Police Building Modification Project; and

WHEREAS, the requested transfers are budget neutral over two years with respect to the total amount of money budgeted each year, and they will not impact the projects’ schedules.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

1.                     That the 2015-16 Budget is hereby amended as follows:

a.                     Marina Boulevard Streetscape Improvement                     +$542,000

b.                     Police Building/South Office Modification                     ($542,000)

2.                     That the 2016-17 Budget is hereby amended as follows:

a.                     Marina Boulevard Streetscape Improvement                     ($542,000)

b.                     Police Building/South Office Modification                     +$542,000
