RESOLUTION Amending Resolution Nos. 2015-181 and 2015-182 to Rescind the Appointment/Reappointment of Four Members, and Nominating and Appointing Four Other Members to Youth Advisory Commission for Terms Ending August 31, 2016
Body
WHEREAS, on November 17, 2015, the City Council nominated and appointed twenty-one new and returning members to the Youth Advisory Commission; and
WHEREAS, four of the twenty-one members declined the appointment/reappointment; and
WHEREAS, four associate members desire to be appointed.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That Resolution Nos. 2015-181 and 2015-182 are hereby amended to rescind the appointment/reappointment of the following persons:
Stacy Phan, District 4
Jenna Kaitlyn A. Dizon, District 4
Tristan Stearns, District 5
Diane Nguyen, At-large (3)
That the following persons are hereby nominated and appointed to the Youth Advisory Commission, their terms to expire August 31, 2016:
Ryan Doan, At-large (3)
Andy Nguyen, At-large (3)
Thuan Ethan Ngo, At-large (6)
Jian Z. Guo, At-large (6)
