RESOLUTION Providing Authorization of a 14% Contract Change Order ($5,961.98) for Construction Contract with A Good Sign & Graphics Company for the Downtown Garage Parking Sign Project, Project No. 2013.0341

 

Body

WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro did, on June 2, 2014, award a construction contract to A Good Sign & Graphics Company for the Downtown Garage Parking Sign Project; and

 

WHEREAS, the cost to complete the work will exceed the originally approved contract amount; and

 

WHEREAS, the project budget is sufficient to accommodate the increased cost.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

 

A Contract Change Order of 14% ($5,961.98) is authorized for the Downtown Garage Parking Sign Project, Project No. 2013.0341.
