RESOLUTION Approving the Memorandum of Understanding Between the City of San Leandro and the San Leandro City Employees’ Association (SLCEA), Local 21 IFPTE for the period January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2020
Body
WHEREAS, an agreement was reached between the negotiators for the City of San Leandro and the San Leandro City Employees’ Association (SLCEA), Local 21 IFPTE; and
WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and the Salary Schedules attached as Appendix A, between the City and the SLCEA/Local 21, for the period January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2020, has been presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
1. That said MOU and Salary Schedules are hereby approved; and
2. That the City Manager is authorized to execute said MOU and make non-substantive revisions subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and
3. That an original executed MOU shall be attached to and made a part of this resolution.
