RECOMMENDATION
This matter was scheduled and noticed for a Public Hearing at the City Council meeting date of March 21, 2016. On March 7th, after already noticing the public hearing for this item, staff had additional clarifying questions of the proposed contractor, and needed to finalize the staff report and associated attachments. This matter was rescheduled to the April 4, 2016 City Council agenda.
Because the item is not ready for presentation to the City Council, staff recommends that the City Council make a motion to continue the public hearing on this matter to the May 2, 2016 City Council meeting.

• On March 21, 2016, by Minute Order No. 2016-009, the City Council continued the public hearing to April 4, 2016.
