RECOMMENDATION

 

This matter was originally scheduled and noticed for a Public Hearing at the City Council meeting date of March 21, 2016. In working through the complex agreements, staff requested continuances of the public hearing, first to April 4, 2016, and then to May 2, 2016. 

 

Because the item is not ready for presentation to the City Council, staff recommends that the City Council make a motion to continue the public hearing to the May 16, 2016 City Council meeting.

 

Previous City Council Actions

                     On March 21, 2016, by Minute Order No. 2016-009, the City Council continued the public hearing to April 4, 2016.

                     On April 4, 2016, by Minute Order No. 2016-012, the City Council continued the public hearing to May 2, 2016.
