RESOLUTION Approving the Measure HH Citizen Oversight Committee’s Annual Report on Measure HH Sales Tax for Fiscal Year 2015-16

Body

WHEREAS, on November 4, 2014, Measure HH was approved by 64% of the electorate; and

WHEREAS, Measure HH requires formation of a Citizen Oversight Committee; and

WHEREAS, Measure HH requires an annual report, prepared by the Citizens Oversight Committee, be presented to the City Council; and

WHEREAS, the Measure HH Citizens Oversight Committee’s annual report on Measure HH Sales Tax, a copy of which is attached, was presented to this City Council; and

WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

That said Annual Report on Measure HH Sales Tax for Fiscal Year 2015-16 is hereby approved.
