SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATION

The matter referenced above was noticed for the December 1, 2016 Board of Zoning Adjustments meeting. However, during the preparation of the staff report it was determined that additional environmental information is required from the applicant. The City will reschedule this item after receiving the additional information and having time to assess it.

 

Staff requests that the Board continue this item to a date uncertain. The public hearing notice will be re-noticed once the item is ready for scheduling.
