RESOLUTION Amending Section III of the City of San Leandro’s Councilmembers Handbook to Allow Public Comments before Presentations

WHEREAS, Section III of the City of San Leandro Councilmembers Handbook (“the Handbook) contains a section entitled, “City Council Meeting Agenda”; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend Section III of the Handbook to allow the “Public Comment” section to precede the “Presentation” section.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows;
That Section III of the City of San Leandro Councilmembers Handbook is amended as follows:
