RESOLUTION Amending the City Manager Salary Schedule

Body

                     WHEREAS, per the City Manager’s employment agreement, his annual base salary shall be increased by the Consolidated Metropolitan Statistical Area (CMSA) Consumer Price Index (commonly known and referred to as the “CPI”) covering the San Francisco area;

WHEREAS, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that the CPI increased 3.5% percent over the last 12 months.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

That the City Manager salary schedule is hereby amended in accordance with the terms of his employment agreement, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
