                     The San Leandro Public Financing Authority of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

                     That the 2017-18 and 2018-19 Biennial Budget of the San Leandro Public Financing Authority, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, is hereby adopted and all amounts stated herein are appropriated for the purposes therein specified for 2017-18 and 2018-19.
