RESOLUTION Overruling Protests (2017 Business License Tax, Solid Waste Service Charges, Certified Unified Program Agency Fees, Code Compliance Administrative Penalties and Charges, and Sidewalk Repairs)

                     The City Council of the City of San Leandro has conducted a public hearing on the assessments proposed to be levied for non-payment of delinquent 2017 business license tax, solid waste service charges, Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) fees, code compliance administrative penalties and charges, and sidewalk repairs, said hearing conducted at 7:00 p.m. on July 17, 2017 in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, CA 94577.

 

                     At or before the time set for hearing, owners or persons in possession of the property described in the Report of the Finance Director made protests or objections to the proposed assessments.

 

                     NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

 

                     That each of these protests or objections, written or oral, is hereby overruled.
