RESOLUTION Approving an Agreement Between the City of San Leandro and Magellan Advisors for a Fiber Optics Master Plan for a not to exceed amount of $60,000.00 from the 2017-18 operating budget

WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Magellan Advisors has been presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Magellan Advisors in the not to exceed amount of $60,000.00 is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney, is hereby authorized and
That the not to exceed amount of $60,000.00 from the 2017-18 Operating Budget (Account 688-13-121-7410) is hereby authorized to fund said agreement.
