RESOLUTION Approving Proposed Projects Anticipated to be Paid for by the State’s Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account to City's Gas Tax Fund (140-31-056) for Streets Maintenance

 

Body

WHEREAS, in order for the City to receive future anticipated Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account funds from the State pursuant to SB 1, the City must annually submit a list of proposed projects, a copy of which is indicated in the staff report and was presented to this City Council; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the staff report thereof; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said projects list.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

 

That said list of proposed streets maintenance projects is approved and execution by the City Manager, is hereby authorized.
