RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Approve the Annual Maintenance and Support Renewal with Tyler Technologies, Inc. for a Computer Aided Dispatch System (in the amount of $231,169.08)
Body
WHEREAS, an invoice for the annual software maintenance and support renewal from Tyler Technologies, Inc. has been presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City Council of the City of San Leandro, to execute payment on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney, upon timely submission by Tyler Technologies, Inc. of the signed agreement; and
The City Manager is authorized to make all approvals and take all actions necessary or appropriate to carry out and implement the terms of the consulting services agreement and to administer the City’s obligations, responsibilities and duties to be performed under the agreement; and
The City Manager is authorized to make future annual renewal payments for a period of up to three (3) fiscal years from the date of this agreement, with each future annual renewal not to exceed a 5 percent increase from the base amount; and
That base amount of said agreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc. is $231,169.08; and
That said amount of $231,169.08 is in the FY2017-2018 Operating Budget (688-13-001-5311)
