RESOLUTION Approving a Consulting Services Agreement with ConvergeOne, Inc. for Deployment of Polycom Video Conferencing Equipment (in the amount of $63,746.29.)
Body
WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and ConvergeOne, Inc. has been presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City Council of the City of San Leandro, to execute a consulting services agreement on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney, upon timely submission by ConvergeOne, Inc. of the signed agreement; and
The City Manager is authorized to make all approvals and take all actions necessary or appropriate to carry out and implement the terms of the consulting services agreement and to administer the City’s obligations, responsibilities and duties to be performed under the agreement; and
That said agreement with ConvergeOne, Inc. is in the amount of$63,746.29; and
That said amount of $63,746.29 is in the FY2017-2018 Operating Budget (688-13-121-7410) and is hereby authorized per said agreement.
