RESOLUTION Approving an Annual Renewal with SirsiDynix for Library Information System Services in the Amount not to Exceed $77,143.83
Body
WHEREAS, a renewal quote from SirsiDynix for Library Information System Services has been presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City Council of the City of San Leandro, to execute an annual subscription renewal with SirsiDynix for Library Information System Services, in an amount not to exceed $77,143.83, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
2. The City Manager is authorized to make all approvals and take all actions necessary and appropriate to implement the intent of this Resolution.
