RESOLUTION to Authorize the City Manager to Execute Amendment No. 1 to the Non-Professional Services Agreement with ACCO Engineered Systems to Add Services in the Amount of $105,727.31 for the Main Library Boiler Replacement Project

WHEREAS, a draft amendment to the agreement between the City of San Leandro and ACCO Engineered Systems was presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
1. That said amendment to the agreement substantially in the form presented is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and
2. That the City Manager is authorized to make non-substantial revisions to said agreement, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and
3. That the City Manager is authorized to execute Amendment No. 1 to add services to the agreement that increase the price by $105,727.31 for a total of $334,639.87.
4. That an original executed Amendment No. 1 to the agreement shall be attached to and made a part of this resolution.
