Title

RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Amend Title 6, Chapter 4 of the City of San Leandro Administrative Code to adjust the Community Development Department Planning Division Appeal Fees

Body

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Leandro approved Resolution No. 2018-034, amending the fees and charges for City departments effective July 1, 2018; and

WHEREAS, the City Council has the authority to revisit and adjust the Master Fee Schedule as conditions necessitate so long as the fees are reasonable and proportionate to the cost of providing services; and

WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro considered a modification to its fees for Appeals, as presented to this City Council.

NOW THEREFORE, the City Council for the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

1. That Title 6, Chapter 4, Section 6.4.100 of the San Leandro Administrative Code (“Fee Schedule”) is hereby amended; and

2. That the amended portion of the Fee Schedule pertaining to the Community Development Department - Planning Division, shall be incorporated herein and attached to this Resolution as Exhibit “A”; and

3. That the amended provisions of the Fee Schedule shall take effect on October 1, 2018.
