RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Authorize the City Manager to Enter into a Standard Services Agreement with Alameda County to Provide $25,000 in Grant Funds for Homeless Street Outreach (for the purpose of homelessness outreach activities that will be funded by a grant from Alameda County in the amount of $25,000 to be appropriated in Account Number 010-61-014-5120)

WHEREAS, the City wishes to enter into an agreement with County of Alameda for a Homeless Street Outreach Grant in the amount of $25,000; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the terms of the agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
1. That said standard services agreement with Alameda County in an amount of $25,000 is hereby approved; and
2. That the terms of the agreement will be memorialized in writing by the City Manager, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and
3. That the City Manager is authorized to execute said agreement; and
4. That an original executed agreement shall be provided to the City Clerk, and be attached to and made a part of this resolution.
