                     WHEREAS, the amendment no. 1 of the agreement between the City of San Leandro and Chandler Asset Management for Investment Services effective July 1, 2018, a copy of which is attached, is presented to this Council; and

                     WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. 

                     NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

                     That said document is hereby approved and accepted.
