RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Approve an Agreement Between Members of the Executive Management Group and the City of San Leandro to Share the Costs of the Employer Contribution Pursuant to California Government Code Section 20516

Body

WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and members of the City of San Leandro Executive Management Group to share costs of the employer contribution pursuant to Government Code Section 20516 was presented to this City Council; and

WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the terms of the agreement; and

WHEREAS, the City Attorney recommends approval of said agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE that said agreement, attached hereto, is hereby approved.
