RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Amend Section 7.1.305(d) of the City of San Leandro Administrative Code, Pertaining to Hours of Use at the San Leandro Shoreline Recreation Area

WHEREAS, proposed amendments to Section 7.1.305(d) were presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendments.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That Section 7.1.305(d) of the City of San Leandro Administrative Code is revised as follows:
“The San Leandro Shoreline Recreation Area shall be open to the public daily from one-half hour before sunrise 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and the park shall be closed to all persons and no person shall be permitted to remain at the park (except as permitted in paragraph (e) below) between 10:00 p.m. in the evening and one-half hour before sunrise 5:00 a.m. in the morning of the following day.”
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said amendments are hereby approved and execution of this Resolution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
