RESOLUTION of City of San Leandro City Council to Approve the Annual Renewal with Accela for Citizen Access and Platform Automation Systems for Permitting (for $80,940.07)

WHEREAS, a renewal invoice from Accela was presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval to pay said invoice.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City Council of the City of San Leandro, to execute payment on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney; and
That the City Manager is authorized to make all approvals and take all actions necessary or appropriate to carry out the City’s obligations, responsibilities and duties under the agreement; and
That said renewal with Accela is in the amount of $80,940.07; and
That said amount $80,940.07 is in the FY2018-19 Operating Budget (688-13-001-5311)
