RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Approve Fiscal Year 2020 Proposed Projects Anticipated for Payment from the State’s Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account to City’s Gas Tax Fund (140-31-057) for Streets and Roads Maintenance

 

Body

WHEREAS, in order for the City to receive future anticipated Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account funds from the State pursuant to SB 1, the City must annually submit a list of proposed projects, which is in the staff report, was presented to this City Council, and is made a part hereof; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the list of projects provided; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said projects list.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

 

1.                     That said list of proposed streets and roads maintenance projects provided in the staff report associated with the approval of this resolution is approved, and that such staff report shall be attached to and made a part hereof.

 

2.                     The City Manager (or his designee) is authorized to make all approvals and take all actions necessary or appropriate to carry out and implement the intent of this Resolution.
