RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Consulting Services Agreement with CSG Consultants, Inc. for $300,000 for Inspection Services (provides for work related to the Police Building and South Offices Modification Project)

Body

WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and CSG Consultants, Inc., a copy of which is attached, was presented to this City Council; and

WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and

WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

That said agreement with CSG Consultants, Inc. is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
