RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Approve Amendment No. 1 to an Existing Consulting Services Agreement with Glass Architects for the Preparation of Construction Ready Plans, Specifications and Estimates for the Farrelly Pool Replacement Project, Project No. 2018.3420 to Increase the Amount of Compensation by $140,640 for a Total not to Exceed Amount of $417,767.00 (Provides for additional consulting services necessary to achieve LEED Certification)

WHEREAS, an agreement dated April 16, 2018 exists between the City of San Leandro and Glass Architects; and
WHEREAS, a contract change order is required to compensate for additional services; and
WHEREAS, Amendment No. 1 to the agreement, a copy of which is attached and incorporated herein, is presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment to the agreement to increase the amount not to exceed $417,767, and extend the term from June 30, 2020 to December 31, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said amendment is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
