RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Approve a Non-Professional Services Agreement with Krueger International, Inc. for Procurement and Installation of Furniture in the Amount of $211,928 for the Police Building and South Office Modifications Project, Project No. 2014.0481

Body

WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Krueger International, Inc., a copy of which is attached and incorporated herein, was presented to this City Council; and

WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and

WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
