RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Approve and Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Consulting Services Agreement with CSG Consultants, Inc. for Inspection Services for the Annual Street Overlay/Rehabilitation 2017-18, Project No. 2018.0050

Body

WHEREAS, a consulting services agreement between the City of San Leandro and CSG Consultants, Inc., a copy of which is attached and incorporated herein, was presented to this City Council; and

WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and

WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

That said agreement with CSG Consultants, Inc. is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
