RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Appropriate $280,687 in Assessment District Funds for the Heron Bay Levee Maintenance, Project No. 2006.0111 (appropriates funding for construction of improvements)

WHEREAS, $350,000 in funding from the Heron Bay Maintenance Assessment District was previously appropriated for this project; and
WHEREAS, $280,687 of the original funding remains unspent; and
WHEREAS, said previous appropriation is more than five years old and has expired; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that funding should be re-appropriated for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That $280,687 in funding from the Heron Bay Maintenance Assessment District is appropriated for the completion of the Heron Bay Levee Maintenance Project.
