AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO REPEAL AND ADOPT THE CALIFORNIA BUILDING STANDARDS CODE
The City of San Leandro City Council does ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. ORDINANCE
Article 10A of Chapter 5 of Title VII of the San Leandro Municipal Code, "California Residential Building Code," is hereby repealed and replaced in its entirety by Article 10A, Chapter 5 of Title VII of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the 2019 California Residential Building Code, as published by the International Code Council, adopted by reference and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein at length, to be known as the City of San Leandro "Residential Building Code"; and
Article 9 of Chapter 5 of Title VII of the San Leandro Municipal Code, "California Plumbing Code," is hereby repealed and replaced in its entirety by Article 9, Chapter 5 of Title VII of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the 2019 California Plumbing Code, as published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, adopted by reference and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein at length, to be known as the City of San Leandro "Plumbing Code"; and
Article 7 of Chapter 5 of Title VII of the San Leandro Municipal Code, "California Energy Code," is hereby repealed and replaced in its entirety by Article 7, Chapter 5 of Title VII of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the 2019 California Energy Code, as published by the International Code Council, adopted by reference and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein at length, to be known as the City of San Leandro "Energy Code"; and
Article 6 of Chapter 5 of Title VII of the San Leandro Municipal Code, "California Green Building Standards Code," is hereby repealed and replaced in its entirety by Article 6, Chapter 5 of Title VII of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the 2016 ...
