RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Renew Appropriations of Capital Funds for Existing Projects in Accordance with the City Charter
(appropriates funding for existing projects)
Body
WHEREAS, Section 520 of the City of San Leandro Charter specifies that appropriations to capital funds may be carried for not more than five (5) fiscal years; and
WHEREAS, a list of projects with capital funds originally allocated more than five (5) years ago was presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that funding should be appropriated for the listed projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That the funds listed in the attachment to this resolution are appropriated for the projects and purposes named in the attachment.
