RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Approve a Consulting Services Agreement with Integrated Archive Systems (IAS) for Rubrik Cloud Data Management Appliance and Software for the Amount of $107,045.76; and Authorizing the Appropriation of $107,045.76 from the 688 Fund Balance (approves one agreement totaling $107,045.76 and authorizes appropriation in the amount of $107,045.76).
Body
WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Integrated Archive Systems (IAS), copies of which are attached, is presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City Council of the City of San Leandro, to execute payment on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney; and
The City Manager is authorized to take all actions necessary or appropriate to carry out and implement the terms of the agreement and to administer the City’s obligations, responsibilities and duties to be performed under the agreement; and
That said agreement with Integrated Archive Systems (IAS) in the amount of $107,2045.76 is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and
That an appropriation of funds in the amount of $107,045.76 from the 688 Fund Balance to the IT Operating Budget (Account 668-13-121-7410) is hereby authorized.
