RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council Approving and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Non-Professional Services Agreement with Advanced IPM for Citywide Pest Control Services for $29,061.33 for Monthly Services and an Additional $7,000 for Call-out Services for the Initial Term, and to Execute Four Additional One-year Extensions, Adjusted by the Consumer Price Index (CPI) Each Year for a Total Contract Price of Approximately $150,000

WHEREAS, a draft agreement between the City of San Leandro and Advanced IPM was presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
1. That said agreement substantially in the form presented is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and
2. That the City Manager is authorized to make non-substantial revisions to said agreement, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and
3. That the City Manager is authorized to execute the Non-Professional Services Agreement for an initial contract price of $29,061.33 for monthly services and an additional $7,000 for call-out services through the contract term ending June 30, 2022
4. That the City Manager is authorized, solely at the City’s discretion, to execute four additional one-year extensions, that include Consumer Price Index (CPI) adjustments each year, subject to budget appropriations in all future years; and
5. That an original executed agreement shall be attached to and made a part of this resolution.
