BACKGROUND
This presentation item provides for the opportunity for a presentation and discussion on the creation of a Steven Taylor Sanctity of Life Park. A memorandum is attached that reviews potential schedules of completion for memorials based upon their complexity along with conceptual sketches of the Steven Taylor Sanctity of Life Park at the San Leandro Marina forwarded from Council Member Simon.
