RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Authorize the City Manager to Approve Amendment No. 2 to an Existing Consulting Services Agreement with Glass Architects for Architectural Consulting Services for the Farrelly Pool Replacement Project, Project No. 2018.3420, to Increase the Amount of Compensation by $78,500 for a Total not to Exceed Amount of $496,267 and to Extend the Term of the Contract to December 31, 2021 (provides for additional consulting services through project completion)
Body
WHEREAS, an agreement dated April 16, 2018, as modified by Amendment No.1 on July 15, 2019, exists between the City of San Leandro and Glass Architects; and
WHEREAS, a contract change order is required to compensate for additional services; and
WHEREAS, Amendment No. 2 to the agreement, a copy of which is attached and incorporated herein, is presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment to the agreement to increase the not to exceed amount to $496,267 and extend the term from December 31, 2020 to December 31, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said Amendment No. 2 is hereby approved and execution by the Interim City Manager is hereby authorized.
