RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Approve the Staff Recommendation on the Establishment of New Domestic Violence Programming (to establish a new domestic violence program using American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding in the amount of $200,000)

WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval by the City Council to support this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said recommendation to establish domestic violence programming of $200,000 is hereby approved and execution of all documents to execute this resolution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
