RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Approve a Consulting Services Agreement with CSG Consultants, Inc. for Engineering Plan Checking Services for the San Leandro Shoreline Development in an Amount Not-to-Exceed $78,689

Body

WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and CSG Consultants, Inc., a copy of which is attached, is presented to this City Council; and

WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and

WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby RESOLVES as follows:

That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
