RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Approve a Subrecipient Agreement for $150,000 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Funds Between the City of San Leandro and Rebuilding Together Oakland-East Bay for the Provision of Lead-Based Paint Assessments of Residential Rental Properties that Received City Emergency Rental Assistance Payments and Appropriate Funds to the CDBG Fund 165
Body
WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Rebuilding Together Oakland East Bay, attached and incorporated herein, was presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby RESOLVES as follows:
1. That said agreement with Rebuilding Together Oakland East Bay is hereby approved and CDBG funds are hereby authorized in the amount of $150,000.00 for Lead-Based Paint Assessments of Residential Rental Properties that Received Emergency Rental Assistance Payments; and
2. The Council authorize an appropriation of $150,000 to Account 165-43-255 and also recognize off-setting federal revenues into Account 165-3608.
3. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute all agreements to effect this Resolution.
