RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council Accepting the Annual Report on Receipt and Use of Development Impact Fees for Year Ended June 30, 2021

WHEREAS, legal requirements for enacting development impact fees are set forth in the California Government Code, and
WHEREAS, the Government Code requires an annual accounting of all development impact fees at the close of the fiscal year, and
WHEREAS, the attached report presents revenues, expenditures, and fund balances for City development impact fee funds.
NOW THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council hereby RESOLVES as follows:
The City Council reviewed and considered data contained in the Annual Report and by this reference incorporated herein, and
Pursuant to Section 66006 of the Government Code, the City Council does hereby accept the accounting records covering the collection of all development fees for street improvement (DFSI) and park development fees, refunds, interest earnings, other income, and expenditures for 2020-2021.
