Title

RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into a Consulting Services Agreement with Accounting Principals for Financial Services at the Police Department

Body

WHEREAS, the City in accordance with its purchasing provisions has identified Accounting Principals to provide financial staff support services; and

WHEREAS, the City wishes to enter into an agreement with Accounting Principals for said work; and

WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the terms of the agreement; and

WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby RESOLVES as follows:

1.                     That the terms of the agreement will be memorialized in writing by the City Manager, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and

2.                     That the City Manager is authorized to execute said agreement; and

3.                     That an original executed agreement shall be provided to the City Clerk, and be attached to and made a part of this resolution.
