RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council Approving the Updated City of San Leandro Sewer System Management Plan
Body
WHEREAS, an updated Sewer System Management Plan (SSMP), a copy of which is attached, was presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, the State Water Resources Control Board requires City Council approval of the SSMP update; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said SSMP.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby RESOLVES as follows:
That said document is hereby approved and certification by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
