SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Per an Agenda Item 13 request from Council Member Lopez that was authorized by the City Council at the June 6, 2022 Council Meeting, Staff presents for the City Council’s consideration the attached resolution. If adopted, it would denounce discriminatory housing practices of the past and affirm San Leandro as a welcoming place for all. It is further envisioned that this resolution would be installed as part of the San Leandro History Museum’s exhibit related to redlining practices.
