SUMMARY
Staff and consultant team will update the Committee on the status of the proposed replacement of the Storm Water Fee adopted in 1993 with a new Clean Water and Flood Mitigation Fee, including a presentation by Schaaf & Wheeler on the Storm Drain Master Plan (SDMP). The SDMP maps the City’s storm drainage system, evaluates flood risks, recommends actions and prioritizes capital projects needed to maintain the system and meet Clean Water regulations.
