2. DISCUSSION ITEMS

2.A. 19-073 Consideration of the Installation of Decorative Crosswalks at the Parrott /Washington Intersection
Public Works Director Debbie Pollart provided an update on the installation of a decorative crosswalk at the intersection of Parrott Street/Washington Avenue.

Committee Requests/Direction to Staff:
Council Member Deborah Cox would like the installation replicated in other areas if possible.

The Committee would like to coordinate the ribbon cutting celebration for this decorative crosswalk with the opening of the Downtown San Leandro Farmer's Market on March 27, 2019, if possible given construction and weather constraints.

2.B. 19-023 Alameda County Transportation Commission's Development of the 2020 Countywide Transportation Plan Update
Principal Engineer Michael Stella provided an update on the development of Alameda County Transportation Commission's 2020 Countywide Transportation Plan (CTP) Update, including both funded and unfunded City of San Leandro projects.
